Second-base umpire Mark Wegner called Dozier safe, and White Sox manager Robin Ventura decided to challenge the play.
Closer review showed that Beckham's tag caught Dozier's foot before the runner reached the base, and the call was overturned. Down 2-1 at the time, Minnesota went from having a leadoff double to one out and no one on base, and subsequent flyouts by Joe Mauer and Kendrys Morales ended the inning. The Twins went on to win, 4-3.
The review took 46 seconds.
