White Sox reinstate Ramon Troncoso from disabled list

Prior to tonight's game at Baltimore, the Chicago White Sox reinstated right-handed pitcher Ramon Troncoso from the 15-day disabled list.

Troncoso, 30, has been on the disabled list since August 17 with Pericarditis, which is inflammation of the tissue around the heart.

Troncoso is 1-4 with a 5.25 ERA (14 ER/24.0 IP), one hold and 16 strikeouts over 25 relief appearances with the White Sox this season.

With the roster move, the White Sox active roster increases to 31.
