Ventura gives regulars playing time in finale

MILWAUKEE -- White Sox manager Robin Ventura started his regulars in the Spring Training finale on Saturday, but said they wouldn't play much.

"Getting them in early, they will probably go three or four [innings]," he said.

Gavin Floyd made the start, but Ventura said he wouldn't throw many pitches. Instead, fifth starter Dylan Axelrod was slated to pitch much of the game.

"He's going to get the bulk of the time," Ventura said.
