White Sox Spring Training tickets on sale today


CHICAGO - Individual-game tickets for Chicago White Sox 2013 spring training games at Camelback Ranch - Glendale (CR-G) went on sale today online at CamelbackRanchBaseball.com and whitesox.com, and by phone at (800) 745-3000.  Tickets also can be purchased at the CR-G ticket office beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 28.

Camelback Ranch - Glendale, the spring home of both the White Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers that boasts the largest ballpark in the Cactus League, will host its fifth year of spring-training baseball from February 23-March 27.

The White Sox will play 18 games at CR-G, 16 as home games, including games against the crosstown rival Cubs (March 15) and the World Series Champion San Francisco Giants (March 4).  The Sox also play two games against the National League Central Champion Cincinnati Reds (March 2 and March 10) and one against the Oakland Athletics (March 16), winners of the American League West.  The White Sox will be the "visiting" team against the Dodgers on Opening Day which is Saturday, February 23 and again on March 7.

In addition to Cactus League play, the Sox will host Team USA at CR-G on March 5 as they prepare for the World Baseball Classic.

All White Sox home games are scheduled to begin at 1:05 p.m. (Arizona Time), except for contests on March 15 vs. the Cubs (12:05 p.m.) and March 27 vs. Cleveland (12:05 p.m.).
