Three-inning Minors stint on tap for Peavy

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Jake Peavy's 30-pitch side session off the mound Sunday will be followed by a similar three-inning stint during a White Sox Minor League intrasquad game on Tuesday morning. Peavy said Sunday that he will stay back in Arizona over the next week to work in more games during extended spring training.

Phil Humber, who would be the White Sox fifth starter if they choose to use one on April 6 in Kansas City, also will throw against the Minor Leaguers at Camelback Ranch. Humber is set to throw somewhere in the range of five innings.
